Join Verdance and help improve government digital services as an Engineering Lead. Drive success on ambitious government healthcare technology projects, providing technical leadership across scrum teams and helping define engineering standards, workflows, and development best practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of engineering experience, likely 10+ unless your background is close to a perfect match on all other attributes, with several years of leadership experience
- Experience leading engineering teams in healthcare, health data systems, or regulated environments
- Strong understanding of AWS/cloud infrastructure development
- Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on technical execution
- Experience driving engineering processes, technical direction, and team alignment
- Work authorization in the US
- All work must take place in the continental US
- Team members must have lived in the US for 3 out of the past 5 years
- Ability to pass a public trust government background investigation
