Now, we are looking for a brilliant Digital Marketing Manager to join our crew and help us take our clients and our agency to the next level.
The Role
As our Digital Marketing Manager, you won't just be pushing buttons behind a screen. You will be the strategic brain and the analytical engine driving our digital campaigns. You live and breathe data you see patterns where others see noise, and you turn insights into action that delivers real, measurable growth.
You will lead the charge on paid social, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and overall digital strategy for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will work closely with our epic team of photographers, videographers, and designers to ensure that the content we create is not just beautiful, but purposeful, high-converting, and backed by a clear strategic rationale.
What You'll Be Doing
• Strategic Architect: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (Paid Social, Google Ads, SEO, Email) for both CCHQ and our diverse roster of clients — always grounded in data and aligned to business objectives.
• Campaign Execution & Optimisation: Build, monitor, and optimise paid advertising campaigns with precision, ensuring we are hitting targets, maximising ROI, and continuously improving performance through A/B testing and iterative refinement.
• Analytics & Insights Leader: Dive deep into analytics platforms to track performance, identify trends, and uncover actionable insights. You'll turn complex data into clear, compelling reports and strategic recommendations that drive client confidence and results.
• Collaborative Creator: Work hand-in-hand with our creative team to ensure all digital assets are on-brand, highly engaging, and perfectly tailored for the target audience — with creative decisions always informed by performance data.
• Trend & Platform Expert: Keep your finger firmly on the pulse of the digital landscape. You'll be the first to know about the latest algorithm changes, platform updates, and emerging trends, applying them strategically to keep us ahead of the game.
• Client Champion & Educator: Build strong, trusting relationships with our clients. You'll not only manage their campaigns but also educate them on strategy and performance, running workshops and sharing your knowledge to help them grow with confidence.
Who You Are
• Experienced: You have a proven track record (at least 3–5 years) in digital marketing, ideally within an agency environment. You know your way around Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms and you can read a dashboard like a book.
• Strategy-First Thinker: You don't launch a campaign without a clear hypothesis and a plan to measure success. You understand that every dollar spent needs to be justified by data and aligned to a broader strategy.
• Analytically Sharp: You are fluent in metrics, attribution models, and reporting frameworks. You can identify what's working, what's not, and most importantly why.
• Creative & Commercial: You understand the numbers, but you also have an eye for what looks good and what sounds right. You know that a successful campaign requires both brilliant strategy and captivating creative.
• A Communicator: You can explain complex digital concepts and performance data to someone who has never heard of a pixel. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptable & Driven: You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You are proactive, self-motivated, and always hungry to learn and improve.
• A Culture Fit: You believe in building relationships, exceeding expectations, and celebrating the wins. You are a team player who brings positive energy to the office every day.
