Storr Office Environments is looking for motivated individuals who are excited to learn, challenge themselves, and grow into a full-time Account Manager role through our Sales Associate Training Program.
This is more than an entry-level job — it’s a career path. Over a 12–15 month training period, you’ll work directly with experienced sales professionals, learn consultative selling skills, gain exposure to real client projects, and build the foundation needed to succeed in B2B sales.

What You’ll Do
As a Sales Associate, you’ll work alongside our sales team while developing the skills needed to manage your own customer relationships and sales opportunities.
In This Role, You Will:
- Support Account Managers with day-to-day sales activities and client projects
- Meet with walk-in and call-in customers to learn about their needs and recommend solutions
- Create quotes and follow up on opportunities
- Assist with customer meetings, presentations, proposals, and site visits
- Learn about workplace furniture, interior solutions, and commercial environments
- Gain hands-on experience with CRM systems, quoting tools, and project coordination
- Develop professional communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
- Help maintain an organized and professional showroom environment
- Achieve quarterly goals and complete training milestones
You’ll also have the opportunity to work on real projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and gain exposure to industries such as corporate offices, healthcare, education, and more.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, Business, Interior Design, or related field
- Internship, customer service, retail, hospitality, athletics, or sales experience is a plus
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
