We’re partnering with a fast-growing, well-funded European technology company building a category-defining product used by thousands of professionals across the DACH region.


This is an opportunity to join early in Germany, take ownership of a high-impact territory, and play a key role in scaling a product that is already gaining strong traction with mid-market and enterprise customers.


🚀 The Role


As an Account Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle – from first conversation through to long-term customer relationships.


You’ll be selling a sophisticated, high-value product into knowledgeable, detail-oriented stakeholders, where credibility, structure, and trust matter as much as commercial ability.


This is not high-volume transactional SaaS – it’s consultative selling with real depth.


🎯 What You’ll Be Doing


  • Own and manage the full sales cycle from outbound to close
  • Run tailored product demos and guide prospects through evaluation
  • Navigate complex buying groups and decision-making processes
  • Convert trials/pilots into long-term commercial agreements
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting
  • Feed customer insights back into product and leadership


👤 What We’re Looking For


  • A strong SaaS salesperson used to selling complex or non-essential products
  • Someone who has sold into difficult or highly analytical buyers

  • Proven ability to close deals and manage entire sales cycles
  • Confidence engaging senior, sometimes sceptical stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Structured, disciplined approach to pipeline and follow-ups
  • Commercial drive combined with curiosity and adaptability


Requirements


  • German fluency essential
  • Professional fluency in English
