Sales Director

I am currently supporting a growing international diagnostics organisation with the search for a Sales Director International to lead commercial activities across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, South-East Asia and Latin America.

This is a strategic leadership role reporting directly to the VP Global Sales, with a strong focus on managing and developing international distributor networks and sales channels across a complex global market.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Strong experience within medical technology / diagnostics
• Proven success managing international distributors and channel partners
• Experience across IVD portfolios (including third-party products)
• Strong commercial and strategic leadership skills
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Experience directly managing a sales team
