Forget sitting behind a desk staring at a computer screen all day. You will be on the ground at major local events, retail pop-ups, and corporate activations, turning ordinary brand presentations into immersive consumer experiences.

Your Daily Setlist:

• Guest Engagement: Act as the primary face and voice of our clients' campaigns, welcoming crowds and delivering interactive, face-to-face brand presentations.
• Experience Coordination: Help design, set up, and manage localized event spaces to ensure a flawless, visually stunning guest experience.
• Audience Analytics: Track consumer participation, monitor on-site registration metrics, and assist the campaign director in analyzing daily audience reach.
• Team Huddles: Participate in morning strategy workshops focused on consumer psychology, public speaking, and regional growth tracking.

What You Bring to the Team:

• The Energy: You are outgoing, enthusiastic, and genuinely love connecting with people from all walks of life.
• The Blueprint: 0–2 years of experience; we provide fully paid, comprehensive training. Backgrounds in hospitality, theater, sports, or theme parks are highly valued!

• The Logistics: Locally based in or ready to work on-site in the greater Orlando area.
