Desktop Support Specialist

- Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a timely manner
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and business applications
- Respond to service tickets, document resolutions, and maintain accurate records in the ticketing system
- Assist with troubleshooting network issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, LAN connectivity)
- Perform routine maintenance, updates, and system checks
- Collaborate with remote support teams, engineering, and vendors for escalations
- Educate users on best practices and basic troubleshooting techniques
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
