The Lockheed Martin Enterprise Business
Transformation & Enablement organization is
hiring an energetic, proactive, detail-oriented
ERP Program Manager with leadership experience and expertise with ERP Project Systems to help with this 1LMX transformation initiative. Our portfolio includes the following key
products: SAP S/4HANA, SAP MDG, SAP Ariba,
Oracle EPM, OpenText xECM, Blackline, and
Vertex.
What You Will Be Doing
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
- Managing 1LMX Program Management (PLP) build portfolio to ensue alignment to business needs
- Overseeing PLP build cost and deployment schedule
- Collaborating with IT product owners, functional business partners, executive leadership, and business stakeholders to align 1LMX PLP transformation capabilities and delivery timelines with business need, and align with defined budget targets
- Establishing and monitoring milestones and adherence to master plans and schedules
- Identifying and resolving program problems, to include allocating resources or adjusting contractual specifications
- Managing risks, issues, and opportunities to ensure successful deployment of 1LMX products
- Demonstrated ability to drive common services, common processes, and best practices
- Fundamental knowledge of Agile methodology and planning
- Project/program management experience in an Agile Development Environment
- Experience in multiple Lockheed Martin Business Areas
- Experience in 1LMX
- Strong relationship building with peers, customers, and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while focusing on strategic outcomes.
- Passion for learning emerging technologies and leading technical teams.
- Certifications highly preferred: PMP certification
Ability to work remotely
Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
