In this role, you'll oversee the picking, packing, and shipping operations of our warehouse, ensuring accurate, timely, and safe fulfillment of customer orders. You'll manage a team of fulfillment associates, drive operational consistency, and act as the point of escalation for inventory, quality, or workflow issues. A Day in the Life
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse associates
- Ensure all fulfillment stations meet production, accuracy, and safety standards
- Conduct quality checks on outbound shipments and inventory accuracy
- Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate equipment or workflow issues
- Train, mentor, and support associates to develop skills and maintain performance
- Monitor adherence to safety, handling, and inventory protocols
- Collaborate with management to implement process improvements
- Maintain documentation of fulfillment, inventory, and team performance metrics
- Lead a team of fulfillment associates to deliver high-quality, accurate shipments
- Drive accountability, attention to detail, and efficiency at both workstation and team levels
- Ensure daily and weekly order fulfillment targets are met without compromising quality
- Develop team members' skills through coaching, training, and feedback
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
- Serve as the escalation point for inventory, safety, or operational issues
- Represent U.S. manufacturing and fulfillment standards through leadership, attention to detail, and process consistency
- Strong leadership and team management experience, preferably in warehouse, fulfillment, or manufacturing operations
- Hands-on familiarity with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment processes
- Experience in major shipping platforms including UPS, and FedEX, DHL and international shipping proficiency.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and operational compliance
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles, 5S methodology, and continuous improvement techniques
- Ability to stand, observe, and support operations for extended periods
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior experience leading or supervising a team
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment
- Experience with order fulfillment or logistics in a manufacturing or e-commerce setting
- Experience in major Shipping Portals. UPS, FEDEX, DHL
- Experience in International Shipping.
- Dangerous goods shipping certification. Major plus.
- Familiarity with SOPs, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and shipping protocols
- Previous supervisory or coaching experience in a fulfillment environment
- Leadership experience in a growing U.S.-based manufacturing operation

This role is performed in a warehouse and manufacturing environment. Supervisors are expected to be hands-on and actively support the team while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and operational protocols.
