Location: Orlando, FL- onsite role


This role is designed for a proven commercial HVAC sales professional who combines technical expertise with true business development capability.


This individual will step into a high-opportunity territory with untapped relationships, existing house accounts (with potential for assignment), and lead generation support to supplement business development efforts.


Success in this role requires the ability to operate in a nimble, evolving environment, where results are driven by initiative, technical credibility, and ownership of the full sales cycle—from initial client engagement through solution development and closing.


Key Responsibilities:


Business Development & Pipeline Creation

• Identify, target, and develop net‑new customer relationships within the assigned territory

• Conduct market research to prioritize high‑value opportunities and target accounts

• Build market presence through industry associations and networking


Sales Process & Deal Execution

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close

• Develop and present estimates, proposals, and client presentations

• Manage opportunities through procurement, negotiation, and closing


Client Engagement & Solution Development

• Serve as a trusted advisor on capital projects and system improvements

• Recommend solutions across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems

• Develop conceptual budgets and project plans, often with limited information


Operational Collaboration

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution

• Communicate client expectations and project requirements clearly across stakeholders

• Balance a mix of shorter‑cycle “rip and replace” projects and longer‑cycle capital opportunities


Compensation & Benefits:


  • Base = $110K - $120K
  • Variable Compensation = ~$60K+
  • Year One On-Target Earnings (OTE): ~$180K
  • Year Two On-Target Earnings (OTE): $200K+
