PPM Coachers is currently recruiting for the role of Business Analyst – MS Dynamics 365!

Your Mission

• Acting as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring alignment between business needs and functional/technological solutions.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements.
• Conducting a detailed analysis of existing processes and systems, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Producing clear and structured documentation, including business processes, functional requirements, and solution designs.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to design and evaluate solutions, assessing feasibility, benefits, and risks.
• Supporting project management in defining scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Coordinating solution validation and overseeing UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Maintaining clear communication between business and IT, fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
• Identifying continuous improvement opportunities and staying aligned with best practices and emerging technologies.

Minimum Requirements

• Having a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Demonstrating solid experience within retail environments.
• Having hands-on experience with POS and/or ERP systems in physical retail operations.
• Analysing business processes and translating operational needs into structured functional requirements.
• Performing requirements gathering, functional analysis, process mapping, and test support.
• Working with Agile methodologies in project environments.
• Demonstrating strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and critical reasoning skills.
• Communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Having English proficiency at C1/C2 level and fluency in Portuguese (mandatory).

Work Model: 100% remote regime (It is necessary to be in Portugal)
