Are you a proactive communicator with a passion for IT support and functional analysis? Inetum is looking for a Francophone Functional Assistant with strong L1/L2 support experience to join our team and be the driving force in user and business interactions

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who can:

• ✅ Communicate fluently in French (C1+) and comfortably in English (B2+)
• ✅ Act as the main point of contact between users and IT teams, leading meetings and ensuring smooth communication
• ✅ Handle incident, request, and problem management in line with ITIL standards
• ✅ Perform standard SQL queries and understand code patterns for effective debugging
• ✅ Provide L1/L2 application support, with strong knowledge of production support processes
• ✅ Read and debug Java 8+ code (nice to have)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in fast-paced, user-facing environments
