💻 THE ROLE

We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as an Application Functional Support (SQL & UNIX) for an international project.

🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Incident Management: resolve or guide towards the resolution of any technical or functional issues related to the application and its ecosystem
• Regularly make suggestions to avoid repetitive manual tasks
• Regularly update the support documentation and create user guides
• Collaborate with different teams (project, IT, FO, MO) to enhance system functionality and user experience
• Collaborate with project teams to enhance system functionality and user experience
• Release management

💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience with SQL
• Expertise in UNIX and ITIL
• Experience with Financial Markets - Transversal Financial Markets
• Fluency in English
