IT Service Manager (SQL/Power BI)

- Ensure customer satisfaction by analysing questions/complaints and preventing future issues;
- Coordinate with close teams for the development and optimization of the service;
- Client follow-up meetings with the necessary information;
- Coordinate with product areas to ensure alignment of the service, including the definition of requirements, reporting, applicability of the appropriate business model, and follow-up until production deployment;
- Define necessary service reporting, ensure update needs, and monitor daily service KPIs.
- Degree in Computer Science, Management or similar;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Service Management or similar functions;
- Previous experience with Data Analysis (SQL, Power BI, ...);
- Client-focused mindset and experience;
- Knowledge of Fraud will be highly valued;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
