Summary Of Duties
Role Overview
As a Business Applications Analyst based in the Netherlands, you will play a critical role in managing, implementing, and supporting global application systems projects. Your work will ensure seamless system integration, optimized processes and Design/maintain End User and Technical Documentation. This role is full-time (40 hours per week) in a hybrid format, typically split between on-site and remote work.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assess and plan ERP and related system requirements for departments including: Customer Service, Sales, Logistics, Inventory, Regulatory, Purchasing, Planning, Marketing, HR, Engineering, WIP, and Quality. (Oracle EBS R12 an advantage)
- Manage and support Electronic Ordering and Invoicing processes, including mapping and integration while coordinating with External EDI providers to ensure smooth data exchange with multiple Customer Groups located in European Union.
- Manage requests from Business stakeholders via the ticketing application, translating them into well defined technical requirements for the Development Team. Ensure continuous follow-up and alignment throughout the process combined while applying basic principles of the SCRUM framework.
- Deliver training and support for new systems and tools.
- Lead System rollouts at new Merit sites Worldwide.
- Create and maintain comprehensive training materials and Documentation.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- ERP expertise: Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Applications an advantage
- EDI implementation experience an advantage.
- WMS experience: Familiarity with Manhattan Warehouse Management System highly desirable.
- Proficiency in SQL queries, ability to read PL/SQL packages and procedures for troubleshooting purposes (For Reporting and Analysis).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in system design, analysis, and training.
- Ability to create user-friendly training documentation and deliver effective training sessions.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work collaboratively in a Team environment.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken. Dutch language is a Plus.
