Your role in our team
People Leadership
- Oversee the execution of projects across multiple countries of the EMEA region.
- Ensure that project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met, including monitoring the project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
- Lead Ensure coordination of the project teams (engineering, procurement, installation, commissioning and integration) in a matrix organization.
- Implement best practices in project execution, ensuring compliance with local and international standards and regulations.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules and roadmaps, ensuring smooth execution across regions and teams, always in alignment with Körber Group and BA Supply Chain objectives.
- Identify potential risks to project timelines, costs, and quality, and proactively develop mitigation strategies with coordination with the Project Management Teams.
- Lead the resolution of complex project issues together with the subject matter experts of the PMO, working with partners and external teams to deliver solutions.
- Ensure effective project risk management and reporting, escalate potential impacts and make recommendations for corrective actions. Propose respective mitigation plans.
- Create, plan, and follow up on project roadmaps and milestones.
- Facilitate best practices and continuous improvement processes in project execution.
- Foster transparency and usage of NCC and RC management tools.
- Identify underperforming projects, recommend actions and mitigation plans (e.g., corrective measures, escalation).
- Continuous improvement with focus in being better every day.
- Responsible for Project Execution / Project Management budget and targets, set in accordance with EMEA regional Management.
- Ensure all requirement with the assistance of the respective Körber AG and EMEA region.
- . 10 years of experience in Supply Chain management / Intralogistics, Project Execution, strategy and related methodologies
- Proven track record of managing complex projects across regions or business verticals in multicultural environment.
- Minimum 5 years leadership experience
- Experience in developing comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource requirements. (P6, Jira, and digital tools desirable).
- Proficiency in resource management / resource allocation and utilization.
- Profound knowledge in risk and change management
