The impact of your role
As a Junior SAP ABAP Developer, you will play a key role in strengthening our internal SAP development capability within the Darwin Program, a full S/4HANA Greenfield transformation. You will contribute to the evolution of our S/4HANA platform by developing solutions that impact critical business processes, while gaining hands‑on experience with cutting‑edge SAP technologies. Working in a collaborative and experienced team, you will have the opportunity to accelerate your learning and help shape a modern SAP landscape from the ground up.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ABAP/ABAP OO objects, CDS Views and OData services.
- Support RICEFW delivery for Darwin Waves.
- Participate in integration testing (SIT), issue resolution and system stabilization.
- Work closely with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Follow Darwin development standards, documentation and governance guidelines.
- Superior Degree in Computer Science, Informatics Engineering or similar field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Development and Integration.
- Basic knowledge of ABAP and interest in S/4HANA development (CDS, RAP, OData).
- Understanding of integration concepts (IDoc, APIs).
- Strong analytical skills, willingness to learn and ability to work in a structured methodology.
- Good communication skills and teamwork mindset.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
- Exposure to SAP modules such as PP, QM, EWM, SD or Finance.
- Basic understanding of UI5/Fiori or version control (Git).
