As a Certified Webflow Partner Studio, we design scalable digital ecosystems where innovative mindset meets technology.

Responsibilities

Identify companies that need digital product, web development, or AI solutions.

Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and strategic channels.

Build relationships with founders, product leaders, and decision-makers.

Understand client needs and align them with Formed IT services.

Prepare proposals and lead client discussions.

Manage negotiations and take deals from prospecting to closing.

Present solutions such as Webflow development, AI systems, and no-code platforms.

Qualifications

Experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Tech Sales.

Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Comfortable managing full-cycle B2B sales processes.

Self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset.

Strong interest in technology, startups, and digital products.

Experience selling digital services, SaaS, software development, or tech solutions is highly valued.

Compensation

Commission-based structure.

Project-based incentives.

High earning potential depending on deal size.
