The key purpose to safely operate and maintain defined Brewing equipment and related processes in order to achieve optimal effectiveness.

Key roles and responsibilities:

Problem Solving

  • Manage PIMS & POMS and take corrective action on negative trends
  • Use QFRs (as per triggers)
  • Complete 5 WHYs (as per triggers) with relevant team members
  • Contribute towards AB reports as required

Autonomous Operations

  • Conduct autonomous operations (Clean, Inspect, Tag, Repair)

Perform administration

  • Complete associated tracking and monitoring: Complete operator workstation administration and take action as required
  • Complete Team room administration as required
  • Contribute to self-development

Minimum requirements:

  • Min. Higher National Diploma in Electrical engineering or a related field
  • Preferably a degree in Electrical engineering or a related field
  • At least 2 years working experience preferably in a Foods and Beverages Industry or Production Environment
