Your Mission

You make complex industrial processes understandable, efficient, and scalable.

As a Business Process & UX Architect, you ensure that our digital products not only function technically, but are also intuitive to use, minimize errors, and create real value for users.

Your focus: clarifying processes, reducing complexity, and shortening time to value.

Your Responsibilities

  • You translate complex business, diagnostic, and service processes into clear software and workflow concepts
  • You identify automation potential and improve workflows for our users
  • You design consistent system logic around services, SLAs, roles, and permissions
  • You develop intuitive user journeys with a strong focus on usability and user adoption
  • You work closely with Product Management, UX, and Development teams
  • You support product development through clear documentation, communication, and user feedback

Your Profile

  • Degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Human‑Computer Interaction (HCI), or a comparable technical field
  • Experience in business process design, UX or system architecture, or product concept development
  • Experience working with product management and agile development teams (Scrum)
  • Very good understanding of B2B software, industrial applications, or IoT platforms
  • Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly, structured, and user‑oriented
  • Very good English skills, both written and spoken

Nice to Have

  • Experience with industrial software, IoT platforms, or technical B2B products
  • Knowledge of machine diagnostics, condition monitoring, or service processes
  • Experience with process and UX tools (e.g., BPMN, Figma, Confluence, Jira)
  • Interest in AI‑supported process or workflow automation
