This position has a hybrid setup with approximately 2-3 days per week on-site.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- In your new role, you will maintain an overarching view of CI’s strategic priorities, ensuring progress, alignment, and visibility of deliverables across diverse stakeholder groups
- You will steer cross-functional execution work – spanning scientific, operational, and business areas – by providing clarity, alignment, and structured follow-through, leading through influence
- Furthermore, you will prepare high-quality, decision-ready communication, decision, or information materials that distill complex scientific and strategic information into actionable insights for senior leaders
- You will strengthen connectivity across the global CI PMO setup, acting as a unifying point that promotes consistent practices, information flow, and shared understanding across sites
- Moreover, you will develop and refine approaches for planning, reporting, and governance of CI’s strategic priorities and operational activities, supporting transparency and coordinated execution
- In addition, you will support initiative owners and leadership by outlining options, clarifying expectations, assessing trade-offs, and helping navigate both ongoing activities and fast-emerging requests
- Doctoral degree in life sciences, biomedicine, computational biology or similar
- Several years of experience in strategy consulting or a comparable strategic role with exposure to senior-level decision-making in pharma R&D or adjacent environments
- Strong ability to structure ambiguity, maintain cross-topic overviews, and bring clarity to multi-stakeholder environments
- Outstanding executive communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to synthesize complexity into clear, decision-oriented narratives
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with comfort making sound recommendations even with incomplete information
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
