Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Store Manager role located in the Rookwood Commons, Cincinnati, Ohio store location. The Assistant Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, support customer satisfaction goals, and manage a high-performing team. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, addressing customer concerns, implementing effective retail strategies, and ensuring compliance with loss prevention practices to achieve business objectives and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a positive experience for all shoppers.
- Excellent Communication skills to lead teams, address customer inquiries, and maintain clear operational processes.
- Experience in Store Management, including day-to-day operations, team supervision, and achieving sales goals.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to maintain inventory control and minimize losses.
- Proven ability to foster a collaborative and motivated work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, retail management, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a retail management or leadership role preferred.
