You will work closely with brand teams, agencies, and regional stakeholders to deliver best-in-class media strategies that elevate brand presence and maximise return on investment.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, execute, and optimise omnichannel paid media campaigns across channels including traditional, social, search, and programmatic
- Drive high-quality traffic and conversions across brand channels
- Localise regional media strategies to suit the Australian market
- Manage media agencies to ensure best-in-class execution and performance
- Monitor campaign performance, delivering insights and recommendations to continuously improve results
- Manage and optimise media budgets to maximise ROI
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities to keep our brands ahead of the curve
- 4+ years’ experience in paid media or digital marketing
- Previous experience in media agency environment is highly regarded
- Proven track record in managing multiple brands, with strong operational skills in leading the day-to-day tasks of an in-house media team
- A solid understanding of leading media briefing and analysis of planning tactics across traditional and digital channels
- Strong expertise across key media channels (OOH, Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Proven ability to manage agencies and deliver high-performing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience managing budgets and driving performance outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A passion for beauty, retail, or luxury brands (preferred)
