Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Development of Sensor Technologies for automotive, consumer and industrial market.
• Lead a team of more than 10 highly skilled engineers and project managers
• Responsible for execution quality and budget of technology development projects within team
• Drive decisions and provide guidance for innovation and development projects
• Push efficiency of workforce and provide cost optimized solutions
• Interface between Frontend Manufacturing and Business Division Power Sensor and Systems MEMS and Magnetic Sensors

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering or similar
• Strong technical background in wafer technology, preferably sensors
• Several years of experience in leading teams or projects in an international environment
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English and German
