Our client is looking for Account Executives and Senior Account Executives to help grow net-new customers and maintain existing books of business.


Role Details

  • Title: Account Executive
  • Location: Remote
  • 3–7 years experience in freight brokerage or managed transportation
  • Sales focused and Account Management
  • Strong account ownership mindset (retention + growth)
  • Comfortable owning revenue, margin, and service KPIs
  • Experience with FAK, high-visibility or specialized freight
  • Operationally fluent (can speak carrier, customer, and ops)
  • Calm under pressure; proactive communicator
  • Data-aware (margin, win rates, shipment trends)
  • Values process, documentation, and follow-through
  • Help manage ~15–30 active shipper accounts
  • Approx. 40–70 shipments per week (varies by account mix)
  • Mid-seven-figure annual revenue book with expansion opportunity
  • Travel: ~15% (conferences, client meetings, in-person sales events)
  • Salary: $60k - $100k base plus commission (base salary varies based on experience)
