What you'll do:
- Own a portfolio of active clients from onboarding through offer — their success is your success
- Keep clients informed, motivated, and on track through a process that can take weeks or months
- Work closely with coaches, operations, and the automation team to make sure every client gets what they need
- Identify clients at risk of disengaging and step in before it becomes a problem
- Collect feedback, surface patterns, and bring client insights back to the product and operations teams
We're looking for someone who:
- Has 2+ years of account management or client success experience
- Is a strong communicator — written and verbal, async and real-time
- Stays organized across a large portfolio without dropping the ball on individuals
- Has empathy for people under pressure — job searching is stressful, and your clients feel it
- Is comfortable using data to track client health and prioritize where to spend time
Nice to have:
- Experience in edtech, HR tech, or career services
- Familiarity with CRM tools — HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- Background working with international or multicultural client bases
