The Finance Policy Administration Lead supports the effective day‑to‑day management of financial operations within the Finance Policy Administration team. The role focuses on maintaining strong operational practices, supporting compliance requirements, and ensuring consistency across financial systems, processes, and reporting. This role contributes to ongoing process improvements, including automation initiatives and enhancements to reporting and reconciliation activities. It works closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to support smooth delivery of operational results. The role provides day‑to‑day support and guidance to a team comprising one Senior Finance Officer and two Finance Officers, assisting with workload coordination and ongoing capability development.

What are we looking for?

  • Demonstrated experience in managing day-to-day financial operations, including reporting, reconciliations, and system oversight
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on enhancing data visibility, controls, and decision support through system-based solution
  • Competence in using financial systems and tools to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in processes and reporting
  • Ability to provide day-to-day guidance, coordinate workloads, and support capability development within a small finance team
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the business, as well as collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
