What You’ll Do

• Take, process and underwrite loan applications
• Answer incoming calls with professionalism and confidence
• Assist customers with account questions and payment solutions
• Maintain accurate and organized files and records
• Contribute to marketing efforts and customer outreach
• Communicate clearly with both team members and clients
• Make collections calls and other daily administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For

• Basic understanding of loans or collections (helpful, not required)
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Reliable, dependable, and consistent work ethic
• Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office (especially Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
