We’re growing fast and we’re looking for driven, relationship-focused sales professionals ready to make an impact.

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a key role in fueling our growth by prospecting into new accounts, qualifying leads and booking meetings to showcase the power of our platform.

What You’ll Do:

● Prospect into your assigned territory to identify and develop new partnership opportunities

● Drive net-new pipeline: Execute high-volume outbound activity and strategically target key decision-makers

● Book discovery meetings to uncover needs and demonstrate our industry-leading solution

● Maintain an organized pipeline while leveraging our tech stack to efficiently manage daily sales operations

● Collaborate cross-functionally with the Account Management team to support onboarding and grow customer accounts

● Partner with the Director of Business Development to identify outreach areas around events, conferences, and speaking opportunities

What You’ll Bring:

● 1+ Year of B2B sales, SDR or BDR experience

● Hunter mentality: Proficiency in outbound prospecting tools, strategies and best practices

● Consistent track record of exceeding KPIs and hitting sales goals

● Strong adaptability and organization skills: Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

● Excellent communication skills: Confident in listening, presenting and navigating sales conversations

● Passion for public service and safety: A desire to support safer, more compliant communities

● Experience in public safety, civic tech or fire protection industries is a plus!

Compensation: Base salary + performance-based commission and bonuses
