IT & Corporate Infrastructure Engineer

What You'll Do

• Administer organizational security and access policies across all SaaS tools (Google Workspace, SSO, device management)
• Own onboarding and offboarding processes, including access control and provisioning
• Provision and configure employee devices and laptops (macOS, Linux, Windows)
• Implement and maintain MDM and device hardening policies
• Enforce MFA, access controls, and least-privilege policies across SaaS tools
• Manage office networking infrastructure - firewalls, WiFi, VLANs, VPN connectivity
• Maintain secure remote access solutions (e.g., Tailscale or similar)
• Manage hardware inventory and IT asset lifecycle
• Troubleshoot workstation, network and infrastructure issues
• Support compliance, audits and internal security requirements

Requirements

• 3+ years in IT / Corporate IT / IT Operations
• Strong experience managing organizational security and access policies across SaaS tools
• Experience with endpoint management and device security hardening
• Solid networking fundamentals - DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls
• Experience implementing MFA and identity-based access control
• Deep understanding of Linux systems and administration

Nice to have

• Experience in security-sensitive or defense environments
• Familiarity with Zero Trust networking (e.g., Tailscale)
• Experience with MDM platforms (Jamf, Intune, Kandji, etc.)
• Basic scripting skills (Bash / Python) for automation
• Experience supporting R&D teams working with hardware
• Passion and desire to grow into DevOps and infrastructure engineering
