JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive, Enterprise, to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across commercial and enterprise markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telecommunications sales and account management, with the ability to build, maintain, and expand strong client relationships. This role requires strategic prospecting, consultative sales skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
Technical Expertise:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Working knowledge of sales pipeline development and consultative selling approaches.
- Ability to understand and communicate telecommunications solutions and product value.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software for tracking activity, forecasting, and managing accounts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, present, and build strong client relationships.
- Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates initiative, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.

PHYSICAL, FIELD, OR ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS
The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of the job, the associate is required on a daily basis to analyze and interpret data, communicate, and remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the workday and frequently access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The associate is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. The associate must frequently move up to 10 pounds and occasionally move up to 25 pounds.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to travel up to 70–80% within assigned territory for customer meetings, vendor engagements, industry events, and visits to corporate office locations as required.
