Regional Sales Manager

Elmo is looking for an excellent and motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our team!
- Responsible for regional sales activities in Baden-Württemberg (Germany) and Switzerland
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive business growth and expand market presence
- Build and implement a comprehensive business plan focused on new opportunities and sustainable growth
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and on-site visits
- Identify, approach, and develop new customers and business opportunities
- Manage and respond to all incoming regional sales leads
- Follow up on quotations and orders to ensure successful deal closure
- Utilize CRM as a core tool for documenting all sales activities and customer interactions
- Maintain and update the company’s customer database, generating accurate reports and forecasts for current and future opportunities
- Relevant technical background in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Software, Quality, or Environmental Conditions
- Strong technical understanding and ability to think quickly and analytically
- Knowledge of servo systems and industrial automation – a strong advantage
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales (preferably in a technical/industrial environment)
- Excellent command of English (both technical and commercial)
- Self-starter with a proactive, results-driven mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 60%
