Hudson Talent Solutions, on behalf of our global chemical manufacturing client, is looking for a Corporate Account Manager, responsible for building and maintains strong, long-term relationships with senior decision makers across assigned enterprise customer accounts. Acting as the face of the organisation, this role drives revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities, expanding existing relationships, and creating measurable value for customers.
The role requires a highly strategic, commercially driven professional capable of influencing at senior levels, leading cross-functional engagement, and delivering sustained account growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage 2–5 strategic accounts, ensuring high levels of engagement across multiple organisational levels
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, supply chain, brand managers, and other key influencers
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to increase revenue per account
- Lead account strategy, value creation initiatives, and improvement programmes
- Act as the primary commercial owner, driving pricing strategy and leading negotiations
- Conduct regular strategic reviews with customer leadership to align business priorities and solutions
- Expand the organisation’s footprint by raising product/service visibility and creating demand
- Influence and motivate internal commercial teams to deliver against account objectives (without direct reporting lines)
- Ensure strong prioritisation and execution across complex, multi-site environments
- Represent the organisation externally as a visible and credible senior partner
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in enterprise account management or strategic sales
- Strong commercial acumen, including pricing strategy and contract negotiation
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders confidently
- Demonstrated capability in multi-level relationship management and selling
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate insight into action and results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to drive results through cross-functional teams
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable operating in complex environments
- High level of enterprise awareness and customer focus
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel extensively (approx. 50% travel)
- The role is Remote but you must be based in European Union
