Mission

- Lead large consulting programmes, coordinating multiple internal stakeholders and clients
- Engage with senior clients to drive new commercial opportunities
- Identification of client’s pain points, root causes and potential solutions
- Ownership of the sales process from prospecting to writing well-structured and persuasive proposals
- End-to-end ownership of contract execution and coordination with internal key functions such as legal and finance departments.
- Working with Mastercard account managers and clients to identify new business opportunities, communicate opportunity areas to key clients. Building effective working relationships across management levels in client organization
- Understanding of client’s organizational systems and taking a considered approach to problem solving for the client’s unique situation
- Ensure alignment among Mastercard stakeholders and manage dependencies
- Partnering with project team to ensure project quality
- Undergraduate degree required
- MBA or relevant post graduate degree (beneficial but not critical)
- 8+ years of experience with solid track record for delivering objectives in the following areas:
- Experience in consulting top tier consulting firm or a niche consultancy (Focused on Financial Services- strategy/ insights focused practice preferred).
- Experience leading end-to-end consulting projects/ programmes
- Experience supporting design and pitch of proposals
- Experience in working with Financial Institutions in the Irish Market
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with a strong can-do attitude
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and as an individual contributor
- Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices;
- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed;
- Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and
- Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.
