Client Manager Overview

ebbo is seeking a strategic, results-oriented Client Manager who will be an integral member of our Client Services team. This individual will have direct ownership over a list of assigned accounts. The Client Manager should have experience applying a consultative selling approach to maximize account growth and must demonstrate strategic thinking, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills. This role will also leverage AI tools and technology solutions to enhance client insights, streamline reporting and communication, and support data-driven account strategy and performance optimization.

Responsibilities Of Client Manager

  • Manage and grow relationships across assigned accounts to drive strong campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategic initiatives that enhance client success and partnership value.
  • Develop and deliver compelling client presentations that showcase ebbo’s core capabilities, strategic recommendations, campaign performance, and measurable results.
  • Build a strong understanding of financial marketing models and key business drivers, including responsibility for monthly forecasting, budget tracking, and annual account reconciliation.
  • Identify and develop new growth opportunities within assigned accounts, partnering cross-functionally to execute strategies that optimize performance and expand client partnerships.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance data to identify trends, uncover insights, and proactively address opportunities or performance challenges.
  • Oversee the development, coordination, and timely execution of all marketing materials and deliverables supporting client programs and campaigns.
  • Lead and optimize internal and external processes that support operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and successful execution of assigned business initiatives.
  • Utilize AI and automation tools to enhance campaign analysis, streamline reporting and client communications, identify performance insights, and improve operational efficiency across assigned accounts and initiatives.

The base salary for this position is $75,000-$80,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure, and standing with the company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
