The Experience

The Enterprise Account Executive, Commerce Cloud, is part of the Swiss Sales team focused on driving the growth of Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions in the enterprise sector. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to customers — building trusted relationships with key stakeholders and C-suite decision makers, identifying new opportunities, and helping organisations achieve their digital transformation goals.

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive who combines strong eCommerce expertise with a consultative sales approach and a genuine passion for delivering customer success.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Identify, develop, and close new and expansion opportunities with enterprise customers in Switzerland, establishing clear account plans to achieve sales objectives for Commerce Cloud.
  • Lead customer discovery to uncover current processes, business challenges, and strategic goals, translating findings into compelling value propositions that address real customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the broader account team — including solution engineers, partners, and specialists — to deliver a cohesive, high-impact customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
  • Optimise results by leveraging the full capabilities of available internal resources and tools, including Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for accurate forecasting and pipeline management.

You're Our Person If...

  • You have proven experience in enterprise software sales, with a strong understanding of the eCommerce sector and the ability to engage credibly with C-level stakeholders.
  • You are skilled at building and executing account plans, qualifying opportunities, and driving complex deals through to close in a matrixed sales environment.
  • You are a strong communicator — able to present, negotiate, and collaborate clearly and effectively across a range of audiences and formats.
  • You are fluent in German and English (spoken and written).

Even Better If...

  • You have direct experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or other enterprise eCommerce platforms.
  • You have experience selling digital transformation solutions into the Swiss enterprise market.
