We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive who combines strong eCommerce expertise with a consultative sales approach and a genuine passion for delivering customer success.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Identify, develop, and close new and expansion opportunities with enterprise customers in Switzerland, establishing clear account plans to achieve sales objectives for Commerce Cloud.
- Lead customer discovery to uncover current processes, business challenges, and strategic goals, translating findings into compelling value propositions that address real customer needs.
- Collaborate with the broader account team — including solution engineers, partners, and specialists — to deliver a cohesive, high-impact customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Optimise results by leveraging the full capabilities of available internal resources and tools, including Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
- You have proven experience in enterprise software sales, with a strong understanding of the eCommerce sector and the ability to engage credibly with C-level stakeholders.
- You are skilled at building and executing account plans, qualifying opportunities, and driving complex deals through to close in a matrixed sales environment.
- You are a strong communicator — able to present, negotiate, and collaborate clearly and effectively across a range of audiences and formats.
- You are fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
- You have direct experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or other enterprise eCommerce platforms.
- You have experience selling digital transformation solutions into the Swiss enterprise market.
