This is a part-time hybrid role for a Sales & Account Manager. The position will be based in Las Vegas, NV, with flexibility for some work from home. Key responsibilities include managing client accounts, driving customer satisfaction, handling customer inquiries, generating new leads, and fostering strong communication between clients and the company. The Sales & Account Manager will maintain relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met while identifying business growth opportunities.
- Proven experience in Account Management and Customer Satisfaction
- Strong skills in Customer Service and managing client relationships
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and identifying growth opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with a commitment to serving clients in the Las Vegas area
- Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Experience in the beauty and wellness industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
