Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Affiliate Operations Manager (Junior / Trainee) to support and scale our affiliate operations.
In this role, you will work closely with multiple teams (Sales, Compliance, Product, BI) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, support partners, and gradually take ownership of internal processes and cross-functional initiatives.
This position is ideal for someone who wants to grow into an operations / project management role within the affiliate and fintech space, gaining hands-on experience in partner management, compliance, analytics, and process optimization.
What Will You Do?
Affiliate & Partner Support
- Support affiliates and partners with daily operational requests
- Manage commissions, adjustments, and partner-related queries if needed
- Resolve partner issues and handle escalations
- Coordinate with Sales, Support, Product, BI, and Compliance teams
- Handle incidents, investigate issues, and manage Jira tickets
- Support cross-department projects and internal communication
- Conduct compliance checks on partner activities
- Work closely with Compliance (e.g. CySEC requirements, KYC processes)
- Support implementation and improvement of compliance workflows
- Identify inefficiencies and help improve internal processes
- Assist with automation and workflow optimization
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good analytical thinking and ability to work with data
- Knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, sorting, filters; VLOOKUP is a plus)
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher (written and spoken)
- High level of responsibility and willingness to learn
- Ability to work with large volumes of information and repetitive tasks
- Interest in operational project management and process improvement
- Ability to support and gradually take ownership of cross-functional initiatives (e.g. funnel optimization, affiliate program setup, CRM integrations, reporting automation)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to structure workflows and improve processes over time
