This is not a capped hourly role. Your income is directly tied to your performance, and our top performers consistently earn well above average through our competitive commission and bonus structure.
Compensation & Schedule
- 4 weeks of paid training to build product knowledge and sales skills
- Uncapped commission structure with strong earning potential
- Performance-based weekly and monthly bonuses that reward top results
- Five-day work week with a consistent retail schedule
- Greet and engage customers in a professional and approachable way
- Build trust and guide customers through the buying process
- Actively work to close every opportunity and maximize each sale
- Stay knowledgeable on products and clearly communicate value
- Follow up on open orders and maintain customer relationships
- Maintain energy, focus, and professionalism throughout your shift
- Highly motivated and competitive with a strong desire to earn
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven with a high level of accountability
- Coachable and open to feedback to improve performance
- Ability to stay focused and engaged in a fast-paced environment
