This is not a capped hourly role. Your income is directly tied to your performance, and our top performers consistently earn well above average through our competitive commission and bonus structure.

Compensation & Schedule

• 4 weeks of paid training to build product knowledge and sales skills
• Uncapped commission structure with strong earning potential
• Performance-based weekly and monthly bonuses that reward top results
• Five-day work week with a consistent retail schedule

What You’ll Do

• Greet and engage customers in a professional and approachable way
• Build trust and guide customers through the buying process
• Actively work to close every opportunity and maximize each sale
• Stay knowledgeable on products and clearly communicate value
• Follow up on open orders and maintain customer relationships
• Maintain energy, focus, and professionalism throughout your shift
