We are looking for an educator who believes deeply in the power of relationships, collaboration, and engaging instruction to help every child grow academically and personally.
At MSAD 54, we believe every student deserves a learning environment where they feel safe, welcome, and respected for who they are and where they are encouraged to reach high academic standards while developing character and becoming lifelong learners.
Primary Responsibilities
- Work with individuals or small groups of students to provide instructional support under direct teacher supervision
- Ensure a safe environment through consistency and communication with students and staff
- Follow student plans as defined or as directed by the teacher, applying approved techniques
- Maintain timely and accurate records of student work completion, behavioral progress and other areas, following established routines and procedures
- Perform additional related duties as requested by the Building Administrator or supervising teacher
These positions are 7 hours per day/full time. We offer excellent benefits and competitive hourly rates.
Maine Department of Education Criminal History Records Check/Fingerprinting and Educational Technician I Certification required.
