Your mission with us:

• You are both a consultant and a communication hub - between international clients and the team

• You orchestrate a highly motivated team of concept creators, designers, 3D artists, and developers

• You keep the overview: From project briefs to timing to budgets, you manage all aspects confidently

• You actively support the expansion of our business and contribute your ideas to pitches

• You dive deep into new technologies and trends and share your insights with the team

• You bring 3-6+ years experience from the agency, digital, gaming, or consulting world

• You can express yourself excellently in English and German

• You're a true communication talent and feel at home in dynamic teams

• Worked with project management tools like ClickUp, Jira, Trello

• Structured work is your middle name

• Gaming and 3D projects are nothing new to you.

Bonus points for:

• Hands-on experience with VR/AR/XR or gaming

• Know-how in 2D and/or 3D workflows

• A sharp eye for visual design and user experience

Here's the process:

3. Deep dive: we get into the details: your projects, how you work, what you're looking for. About 60 min, remote or at our Hamburg studio.
