This

position

works

independently

under

the

general

supervision

of

the

Building

Maintenance

Supervisor,

Performs

mostly

janitorial

tasks

to

clean

and

care

for

City facilities, Performs some light building maintenance / repairs as required,

Must

possess

general

knowledge

of

methods,

materials

and

tools

used

in

cleaning

practices

/

procedures

and

light

building

maintenance,

Must

possess

a

valid

Missouri

Drivers

License

and

be

able

to

work

evenings

and

occasional

weekends, High school diploma or e

Quivalent Required And Two Years Experience

in custodial and/or building maintenance preferred,

Building Attendant starting salary $47,271,00 per year,
