Software & Solutions Support Specialist (m/w/d)

We’re looking for a Software & Solutions Support Specialist (m/w/d) who loves solving technical challenges, supporting customers, and working with innovative software and solutions. If you enjoy a mix of testing, troubleshooting, customer interaction, and product support, this role is for you.

What you’ll do:

• Launch new products and support product updates in the market
• Conduct software tests for solution components
• Provide technical support for HyPAS and SAP/barcode printing solutions
• Handle incident and documentation tickets according to OLA guidelines
• Investigate technical issues across solutions, third‑party systems, and customer environments
• Support customers on‑site (installation, analysis, log collection)
• Work closely with customers and internal teams to resolve issues quickly

What you bring:

• Degree in engineering, business administration, or equivalent qualification
• First experience in a similar technical field
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux, Windows Server), virtual environments, networks, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Excellent communication skills
• Independent, structured, and organised working style
• Team spirit and a collaborative mindset
• Very good English and German skills
