In addition, our 24 hours availability onsite and online in all our branches have equally ensured our clients can rely on us for immediate service at any hour of the day.

We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Head of Procurement

Locations: Victoria Island & Lekki – Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1 Hour Break)

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Procurement to lead and manage the company’s procurement operations.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost optimization, supplier management, inventory planning, and procurement strategy to support business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies
  • Source and negotiate with vendors to achieve best pricing and quality
  • Oversee purchasing activities and ensure cost-effective procurement
  • Manage supplier relationships and performance
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores to ensure product availability
  • Conduct market research and price benchmarking
  • Lead and supervise the procurement team
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with finance and operations on budgeting and cost control.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 5 years experience in procurement, with leadership experience
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Proven ability in cost control and strategic sourcing
  • Good understanding of retail/FMCG procurement operations
  • Proficiency in Excel and procurement/ERP systems
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
