Operations Manager

A growing medical device manufacturer is seeking an Operations Manager to lead cleanroom manufacturing operations, production planning, process improvement, and cross-functional execution in a regulated FDA/ISO 13485 environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing and ISO-classified cleanroom operations
• Manage production scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization
• Lead ERP manufacturing implementation and process improvements
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams
• Manage equipment utilization, vendors, budgets, and manufacturing staff
• Drive Lean/continuous improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
• 5+ years of Manufacturing or Operations leadership experience
• Experience in FDA/ISO 13485 regulated environments and cleanroom operations
• ERP implementation experience strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Lean Six Sigma experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
