A leading global insurer is transforming its finance function — moving from spreadsheet-heavy processes to a modern, data-led Workday environment.

They’re not looking for another accountant — they need someone who can challenge how finance actually works. This will be a high-impact position across Finance, Data & Change, working with senior stakeholders (Finance, Actuarial, Reinsurance) to redesign how data flows into financial outputs. You'll be defining what future-state finance looks like — and deliver it

What You’ll Do

• Lead as-is → to-be process redesign
• Design the Finance Target Operating Model (TOM) (people, process, systems, data)
• Challenge inefficiencies (manual adjustments, data gaps, workarounds)
• Translate spreadsheet logic into structured data models (Workday / Prism)
• Drive requirements, delivery and UAT

You don’t need to do the accounting — but you must understand and improve it. What You’ll Bring:

• Strong BA / transformation experience
• Insurance background (essential)
• Ability to redesign processes, challenge stakeholders, and understand data → finance flow
