About the team
Our team sits at the intersection of agencies, sellers, and creators, driving scalable growth across the TikTok Shop ecosystem. We focus on building structured, win-win collaboration models that unlock value for all stakeholders, from agency partners to brands and content creators.

Operating in a fast paced and highly cross functional environment, we work closely with Product, Data, and regional business teams to design strategies that are both data-driven and execution-focused. From defining incentive mechanisms to optimizing matchmaking between supply and demand, the team plays a critical role in shaping how the ecosystem grows sustainably and efficiently.

About the role
This role is designed for someone who can operate at both a strategic and executional level, translating high level business goals into structured, scalable agency growth initiatives.

You will take ownership of defining how we partner with agencies across the ecosystem, including shaping cooperation models, designing incentive frameworks, and setting clear growth pathways for sellers and creators. A key part of the role is not just identifying opportunities, but building repeatable playbooks that can be scaled across markets.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing strategies and breaking down goals for agencies. Based on clarifying the strategy, define cooperation models, incentive mechanisms and growth targets for sellers and creators, and drive the efficient use of resources and large scale expansion of cooperation.
- Collaborate with team to break down the supply, matchmaking paths and strategies between agencies, sellers and creators, and summarize cooperation showcases, replicable methodologies, and other best practices.
- Regularly analyze common operational issues on the agencies, develop strategies to promote XFN collaboration and the implementation of special projects, and address key business pain points.
- Collaborate with product, data teams to enable empowerment, improve operational and management efficiency, optimize the platform's operational efficiency & cost efficiency, and enhance the profit structure of agencies.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above with 3 years of experience in e-commerce agencies related experience
- Strong logical thinking and data analysis/statistics skills; proficient in Excel/SQL; capable of systematically developing business strategy directions, independently undertaking strategic analysis and driving strategy implementation.
- Extensive project management and XFN collaboration experience, along with a good team spirit.
- Familiar with agency cost structures, revenue models and business models; able to guide operations through data analysis in areas such as industry trends, performance evaluation and project execution.
- Strong sense of responsibility, ambition, integrity and pioneering spirit; willing to travel for business.
