- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze market data, consumer behavior, and sales metrics to gain insights and make informed decisions.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and product positioning to identify opportunities and potential threats. 4. Sales Enablement:
- Collaborate with the training team to develop sales tools, training materials, and presentations that effectively communicate product value propositions.
- Provide training team and sales team with product knowledge, competitive intelligence, and marketing support to drive sales growth.
- Monitor market feedback and customer insights to identify opportunities for product improvements and enhancements. Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in the luxury home furnishings industry.
- A deep understanding of the Chinese market and consumer behavior.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from market research data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong time manageable and collaboration skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to translate product features into compelling marketing messages.
