Program Coordinator, Affordability Initiatives

The Affordability Performance Initiatives team at Aledade is actively recruiting for a Program Coordinator to provide data analysis, project coordination, and administrative support across the Affordability portfolio. The role will require the ability to effectively identify, communicate and advance key objectives for the team, specifically facilitating reporting on in-year savings initiatives and developing initiative communication plans and resource material for cross-department stakeholders. A strong combination of organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks is needed.
Primary Duties
Data Analysis & Support
- Execute data analysis of trends and strategic opportunities for quality improvement across Affordability Initiatives portfolio.
- Support ad-hoc reporting and data analysis requests for internal Performance leaders, specifically related to cross-initiative performance.
- Identify opportunities to leverage new performance and total cost of care data-insights domains to inform standardized reporting.
- Partner with Affordability Initiatives Managers to develop performance management narrative and coaching plan.
Program Planning and Support
- Curate performance data insights and related resource material for internal meetings (SteerCos, stakeholder workgroups, field team meetings, etc.).
- Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables from live and asynchronous engagements - ensuring alignment with initiative-specific program goals.
- Serve as the point of contact for key stakeholders regarding program information and reporting needs.
- Maintain accurate records of program activities and outcomes.
- Maintain and provide consistent tracking of KPIs and other performance metrics to enable measurement of programs and project outcomes
- Partner with Affordability Initiative Mangers to update initiative-specific materials for field and practice stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Public Health, Data Analytics or related field

2-4 yrs. experience in an administrative role

Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong Excel & Google Sheets skills; Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (Tableau, Snowflake, Power BI)

Ability to gather and interpret data necessary for ROI modeling and capacity planning

Knowledge of performance metrics and ROI tracking
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience in healthcare, specifically in public health.

Experience with program management experience in healthcare setting

Familiarity with value-based care and cost of care principles

Familiarity with project management software (Miro, Monday, etc.)

Ability to function independently, and proactively identify problems to solve through data
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
