Core Responsibilities
[Resource Leveraging & KA Acquisition]
- Spearhead the identification, negotiation, and closing of deals with high-value Key Accounts (KAs) or Enterprise clients across the APAC region in sectors like B2B Cross-Border Payments, International Trade, and Global Collections/Payables.
- Proactively leverage existing industry resources to rapidly build and expand strategic relationships with high-potential client groups, including Logistics Providers, Freight Forwarders, Customs Brokers, Foreign Trade Comprehensive Service Providers, and large Cross-Border E-commerce Sellers.
[Revenue Target Achievement]
- Develop and execute a high-impact sales plan for the assigned region and client portfolio, aligned with PingPong's annual strategic goals.
- Be fully accountable for achieving critical metrics, including Gross Transaction Value (TPV) and Revenue targets.
[Strategic Collaboration & Solutioning]
- Deeply understand the cash flow pain points and compliance needs of large enterprise clients.
- Design and present customized cross-border financial solutions based on PingPong’s product capabilities, ensuring effective project delivery and solution implementation.
- Collaborate closely with internal Product, Risk, and Operations teams to ensure timely client responsiveness and efficient allocation of internal resources.
[Industry Influence & Brand Building]
- Maintain and deepen high-level relationships with core industry organizations (e.g., trade associations, chambers of commerce).
- Co-host executive workshops, industry forums, and summits to enhance PingPong's brand authority and influence within the APAC Enterprise market segment.
Job Requirements
[Experience and Industry Background]
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Minimum of 5 years (or 3+ years of core KA experience) in Key Account Development/Sales within the International Trade, International Logistics/Supply Chain, Large B2B/Enterprise Services, or Cross-Border Payments industries.
- Mandatory Requirement: Possess a profound understanding and practical experience in areas such as Customs Clearance, International Freight, Supply Chain Finance, or complex Cross-Border Payment flows.
[Core Competencies]
- High-Quality Client Portfolio: Must possess existing, high-value client resources within the APAC region, particularly within Logistics, large Traders, Tier-1 Cross-Border E-commerce platforms, or Supply Chain Finance providers, capable of rapid business conversion.
- Executive Communication & Negotiation: Proven ability to conduct high-stakes business communication, negotiation, and relationship management with client Core Management (C-Level or VP level).
- End-to-End Sales Ownership: Proven experience in managing the complete sales cycle, from market research and client qualification to solution proposal, contract signing, project implementation, and collection management.
[Other Requirements]
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and/or the local language of the assigned region (e.g., Mandarin, Malay, Vietnamese).
- Willingness to undertake frequent travel across the APAC region.
- Experience in sales management or team leadership is a plus.
